SAP PM Consultant

Purpose of the Role

Support SAP PM/CS workstreams by delivering effective functional solutions that address client business requirements and contribute to successful project delivery and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and requirements to design and tailor SAP PM/CS functionalities according to client needs.
• Perform SAP PM/CS configuration and customization in alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, to ensure solution functionality and quality.
• Participate in the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM/CS-related issues and provide appropriate functional solutions in production support environments.
• Collaborate with clients, users, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure effective solution delivery.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test scenarios, and other project-related documents.
• Provide functional support and knowledge sharing to team members when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP PM/CS Consultant.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PM/CS configuration, maintenance management, service management, and related business processes.
• Experience in master data, maintenance/service processes, work orders, notifications, system testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation.
• Experience in SAP implementation, enhancement, and/or production support projects.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP PM/CS and other SAP modules.
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP functional solutions.
• SAP certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new business processes and SAP solutions.
