This position in charge in establish and continuously optimize the production management system, promote and lead the improvement of the system, and as the main team member of the MES project, fully participate in the MES project.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing the architecture of the production management system, continuously optimizing and improving it, and promoting the continuous improvement of the production management system
- Responsible for establishing relevant SOPs for the production management system, promoting system intelligence, and providing training and promotion for the production management system
- Fully participate in major projects such as MES and KMS, lead requirement analysis, ensure project reliability, and be responsible for promoting project completion according to plan
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of MES on the production side, developing MES related training plans, and ensuring training effectiveness
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must have Bachelor Degree background with Information Technology or a related field
- Experienced min 5 years in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)/ SAP PP/ IT Functional on a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environment
- Proficient in English
- Willing to follow working arrangement WFO, Mon-Fri 08.00 - 17.00 WIB on Lamipak&aposs main plant Cikande - Kabupaten Serang
