Job Title: SAP MM Consultant S/4HANA (Retail Industry)
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 14 Months
We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant to support a Retail Industry S/4HANA implementation project in Jakarta. The consultant will play a key role in managing materials management processes, ensuring smooth integration with retail-specific business requirements, and delivering project milestones from design through post-go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP MM workstream in the S/4HANA implementation project.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, vendor management, and retail supply chain processes.
- Configure and customize SAP MM modules including Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Valuation, and Vendor Master.
- Ensure integration with SAP SD, FICO, WM/EWM, and POS systems.
- Work on functional specifications for WRICEF developments and collaborate with ABAP/technical teams.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support data migration (material master, vendor master, inventory balances).
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Support cutover activities and post-go-live hypercare.
Requirements
- 8+ years of SAP MM experience with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, inventory management, subcontracting, consignment, pricing, release strategies, and account determination.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA MM features (Fiori apps, Business Partner concept, new valuation approaches).
- Good understanding of integration with SD, FICO, WM/EWM, and retail POS systems.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills; ability to engage with business stakeholders.
- Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta for the full contract duration (14 months).
