SAP HCM Consultant (Middle)

As SAP HCM Consultant, you will be managing SAP HCM implementation and enhancement activities independently, ensuring effective solutions that align with client business processes and project objectives.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes, and translate them into effective SAP system solutions.
2. Perform configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
3. Support project activities throughout implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT), and go-live support.
4. Develop and maintain functional documentation, business process documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
5. Assist in troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolution for production support tickets.
6. Ensure system configuration aligns with company policies, HR regulations, and best practices.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
8. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
2. Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll.
3. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
4. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
5. At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience or minimum 2 years of support experience. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
6. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Having SAP HCM certification is an advantage.
