Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP FI CO modules based on business requirements, ensuring optimal system functionality. SAP FI Configuration: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Consolidation, Funds Mgt., Special Purpose Ledger. SAP CO Configuration: Product costing, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Activity Based Costing.
- Participate in SAP FICO implementation projects and system upgrades, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support to SAP FICO end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize user experience.
- Work on SAP FICO data migration and integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP FICO and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain SAP FICO functional specifications for reports, queries, and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Perform functional testing execution after development completion and develop test strategies, test plans and test scripts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support teams on SAP FICO functionality, best practices, and system updates.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP FI CO (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA).
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Accounting or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00).
- Strong skills in configuring SAP FICO to align with the organization's business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting Functional Requirements.
- Proven experience transitioning Functional Requirement to Technical Requirements.
- Extensive business process and functional knowledge.
- Cross SAP module integration.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Flexibility and time management skills.
- SAP FICO certification and Full implementation cycle experience is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Lawang, East Java.
