This role is responsible for Perform delivery/consultancy related with SAP, including implementation, configuration, enhancement, change request, analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving.
You will:
- Lead SAP delivery and consultancy activities including implementation, configuration, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Design, configure, and test SAP modules (FICO, MM, SAC, Ariba) to meet business requirements.
- Analyze client processes and recommend effective, scalable SAP solutions.
- Drive end-to-end SAP implementations, providing functional expertise, guidance, and client training.
- Act as primary client liaison for issue analysis, troubleshooting, and solution development.
- Apply industry best practices while providing leadership, direction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
We are looking for:
- Bachelor degree majoring in IT or Engineering.
- Having more than 5 years experiences in IT Application Support area and more than 3 years experience as IT Service/Helpdesk Manager.
- Having technical experiences with SAP configuration and integration with debugging knowledge for issue analysis.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands on technical implementation experience from designing to deployment.
- Familiarity with JIRA for task and project tracking.
- Having a good analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Having a good communication also in English and collaboration.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.
