SAP Functional Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirements gathering and analysis to understand business processes and user needs.
• Perform SAP configuration and configuration of relevant surrounding applications, including non-SAP applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation to be shared with the Development and Operations teams.
• Conduct testing and implementation support to ensure successful system deployment and go-live processes.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve system issues.
• Provide user training and support users in understanding system functionality and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and technical standards.

Qualifications

Education

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), Computer Science, Information Technology, Or other relevant fields

Technical Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD/MM.
• Willing to work with multiple SAP modules and related non-SAP applications.
• Experience in SAP configuration and business process implementation.
• Understanding of system testing, implementation, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create clear and structured technical documentation.
