SAP Functional & Technical Specialist

About the Role

We're hiring for several positions within the IT ERP team to support the operation and development of our internal SAP systems, covering both Functional areas (SD, WM, PP, QM, MM, FI, CM, CO, FM) and Technical (ABAP). This role will join a team that is progressively building internal SAP capability.

Job Description

• Handle configuration and change requests (CR) for the assigned module(s)
• Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for new and existing processes
• Prepare functional/technical specifications, and support testing and UAT
• For operations support roles: monitor daily transactions, resolve incidents/tickets within SLA, support period-end/month-end processing
• For technical (ABAP) roles: develop and maintain custom programs, reports, interfaces, and enhancements
• Coordinate with business teams and other technical teams on system requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Functional or Technical roles (any module: SD, WM, PP, QM, MM, FI, CM, CO, FM, ABAP, etc.)
• Experience handling change requests and/or BAU (day-to-day) SAP support is a plus
• Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools
• Experience with full SAP project lifecycles (implementation/rollout/support)
• S/4HANA exposure and SAP certification are a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willing to support shift work for certain roles (e.g., WM, PP operations)
