About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Consultant with expertise in Treasury Management, Credit Management, and Cash Management to join our growing SAP Consulting team. In this role, you will help clients transform their finance and treasury functions, improve working capital performance, strengthen risk controls, and enable digital finance capabilities through SAP S/4HANA.

You will work with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions across treasury operations, cash visibility, collections, liquidity planning, credit risk management, and financial transformation initiatives. This role offers significant exposure to end-to-end SAP transformation programs across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP FSCM implementation and transformation projects.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA FSCM solutions covering: Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Cash and Liquidity Management, Credit Management, etc.
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives aligned with clients strategic objectives.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Functional Leadership

• Provide subject matter expertise on treasury, cash management, and receivables processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs.
• Support integration design with SAP FI, CO, Treasury, SD, MM, and other related modules.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams during development and testing phases.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digital finance transformation.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with client executives, finance leaders, treasury teams, and key business stakeholders.
• Present project updates, solution recommendations, and transformation roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Team Collaboration

• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the SAP practice.
• Contribute to capability development, solution accelerators, and best practice frameworks.
• Participate in internal training and continuous professional development initiatives.

Business Development

• Support proposal development, client presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Contribute to SAP Finance and Treasury thought leadership activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and deliver additional value.

Preferred SAP FSCM Expertise

Strong experience in one or more of the following areas of SAP FSCM:

• Credit Management
• Treasury and Risk Management
• Cash Management

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5-8 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Significant experience delivering SAP Finance and FSCM transformation programs.
• At least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects involving Treasury, Cash Management, or Credit Management.
• Strong understanding of finance, treasury, accounts receivable, and working capital business processes.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• SAP certification in Finance, Treasury, or S/4HANA is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in consulting environments and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
