SAP FICO Junior Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support activities of SAP FICO
• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules according to project requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end-user training and create system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure system compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, HR, etc.) to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP releases and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting (is a must)
• Fresh graduates or max. 1 year of experience are welcome.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in SAP and consulting with a growth mindset.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English both verbal and written.
