Job Description

We're looking for a SAP FICO Supporter member who's passionate about procedures, systems, and visual reporting tasks.

Job Summary

A SAP FICO Supporter provides day-to-day support for SAP Finance and Controlling processes by handling user issues, monitoring and resolving SAP tickets, and ensuring smooth system operations. The role includes troubleshooting problems, supporting system enhancements, maintaining user documentation, and assisting with testing and training. Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly are essential to ensure business continuity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • SAP ticket monitoring, analyse and handle calls
  • Provides day-to-day functional or technical troubleshooting for SAP FICO to ensure business continuity, identify whether an issue is a user error or need escalation
  • Create and maintain FICO documentation for business user (user guidance)
  • Conduct training sessions to empower business users with essential SAP FICO skill and knowledge
  • SAP FICO enhancement, collaboration with SAP consultants and assist in testing new features or new flow

Experiences & Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in SAP FICO and familiarity with finance-related
  • Strong knowledge in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, Activity, Internal order, Profitability Analysis)
  • Understanding FICO business processes and the integration with the other SAP module
  • Experience navigating or supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Having knowledge of material ledger is a plus
  • Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving and ability to do standard FICO customizing
  • Having debugging skills to trace the issue is a plus
  • Excellent communication skill for guiding/training business users and escalating critical issue to the higher level, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Able to work independently, within teams and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensure follow-up and prioritize work, work across culture and share knowledge with colleague
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Jira)
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Surabaya
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
