SAP FICO Consultant

As a SAP FICO Consultant, you will manage SAP FICO implementation and enhancement activities independently, ensuring effective solutions that align with client business processes and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
2. Configure, customize, and optimize SAP FICO modules based on project requirements and SAP best practices.
3. Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis sessions, and solution discussions with clients and stakeholders.
4. Develop functional specifications and support technical teams during development activities.
5. Manage testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
6. Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.
7. Guide and support junior consultants throughout project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
3. Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
4. Strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration and customization.
5. Solid understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes.
6. Having SAP certification is an advantage.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
8. Demonstrated initiative, learning agility, and ability to work independently.
9. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
