SAP FI Lead

About the Team

At PwC Consulting Indonesia, our SAP team helps leading organizations transform their business through technology-enabled solutions. We work across industries to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs covering Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital, and Enterprise Technology.

As an SAP FI Lead, you will play a key role in helping clients modernize and optimize their finance processes while leading high-performing project teams and driving successful project outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead SAP Finance (FI) workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and transformation projects.
• Conduct finance process assessments, fit-gap workshops, and solution design sessions with client stakeholders.
• Design and configure SAP FI solutions covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA), Bank Accounting, and Tax processes.
• Drive integration discussions with related modules such as CO, MM, SD, Treasury, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead functional consultants, support capability development, and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development activities including proposals, solution demonstrations, and client presentations.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP FI.
• Proven experience leading SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Closing.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and leading workshops independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Previous consulting experience with a professional services firm or SAP consultancy is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects.
• Multi-country or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Integration with SAP CO, MM, SD, Treasury, FSCM, or Group Reporting.
• Experience leading teams of consultants across complex delivery programs.
