Process master data according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and readiness for upload to the SAP system.
Develop Excel outputs based on English memos from the Development Team and grading sheets from the Pattern Team.
Prepare and manage BOM Transfer files and ensure consistency across the BOM system, English memos, and grading sheets.
Generate ECN (Engineering Change Notice) data files and execute ECN updates in SAP following system changes.
Automate data workflows using advanced analytics tools and develop effective VBA macros and RPA solutions to enhance efficiency in data handling and system tasks.
Requirements
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience using VBA macros, demonstrating ability to automate tasks and streamline workflows in Excel or other Office applications (looker studio).
Proficient in data analysis software, including Python with hands-on experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of complex formulas and functions necessary for high-level data processing and reporting.
