SAP Consultant (Senior Manager)

We invite all highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join IT Enabled Transformation team, where you will tackle some of the most complex and challenging issues that our clients face today.

The IT Enabled Transformation (ITET) team assists organizations in leveraging technology across platforms and environments to address specific objectives and help achieve business. As a member of KPMG's IT Enablement and Transformation service line, you will contribute as an IT advisor and deliver high quality work.

What you will do:

Our SAP Enablement team is at the forefront of digital transformation. We work closely with clients to reimagine operations through the implementation and optimization of SAP systems.

As part of this practice, you'll collaborate with experienced SAP professionals and industry experts across various modules, delivering tailored solutions that align with each client's unique goals. From S/4HANA migrations to embracing the latest SAP innovations, you'll help organizations stay agile, competitive, and future-ready.

Desired skills & experience:

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, information system or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
• A minimum 12 years of relevant experience, ideally in a consulting firm
• Demonstrated strong leadership skill and has proven ability in cultivating strategic, long-term client relationships to drive business outcomes
• Possessed strong decision-making and strategic thinking by analyzing complex situations, anticipating challenges, and aligning actions with long-term business goals to drive effective, forward-looking results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Showed ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
