Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Perform SAP system configuration and customization based on assigned modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live phases.
Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation (Blueprint, Functional Specification, User Manual, SOP).
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to key users and end users.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams (ABAP, BASIS, Project Manager) and business stakeholders.
Ensure SAP solutions follow SAP best practices and standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 23 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant (more for senior level).
Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and module integration.
Experienced in providing support, enhancement, and troubleshooting in SAP.
Strong knowledge of module-related business processes (SD, MM, FICO, HCM, etc.).
Ability to prepare Blueprints, Business Process Documents (BPD), Functional Specifications (FS), Technical Specifications (TSD), and user documentation.
Skilled in Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
