As a Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Intermediate proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is required. Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, and Responsive and Adaptive Design are recommended.
Develop innovative strategies to optimize application design and build processes
Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application design and development
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
