Perform end-to-end SAP Basis administration including installation, upgrade, patching, and configuration of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, FIORI, etc).
Monitor system performance and execute tuning activities to ensure optimal operation.
Manage database administration activities related to SAP systems (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
Execute transport management, system copies, client refreshes, and background job configuration.
Collaborate with development and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain system security and user administration using SAP roles and authorizations.
Utilize tools such as SAP Solution Manager for monitoring, diagnostics, and system management.
Conduct regular system health checks and generate SAP EarlyWatch Alert reports.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit readiness of SAP environments.
Participate in SAP project lifecycles and provide technical guidance during implementations and upgrades.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.
Experience in at least 5 full-cycle SAP implementations.
Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver platform and related SAP modules.
Hands-on experience in system installation, patching, and upgrades for SAP landscapes.
In-depth knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
Skilled in performance tuning, system troubleshooting, and monitoring tools like EarlyWatch Alert.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FIORI, and SAP Solution Manager.
Understanding of backup and recovery procedures, disaster recovery planning, and high availability setup.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
