Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP programs for HR modules in SAP.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP code to enhance performance and resolve issues.
- Implement SAP HR enhancements and customizations as per business needs.
- Participate in system upgrades and data migrations for SAP HR applications.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices in ABAP development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming, specifically in HR modules.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HR functional processes and data structures.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming language including Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Experience with SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules such as PA, PD, OM, and PY.
- Familiarity with SAP tools like SmartForms, SAPscript, and Adobe Forms.
- Ability to work with performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
