Provide first-level and technical support for the university's core applications (e.g., ACADIS, LMS, HR System, Finance System).
Diagnose and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with Information System Officer or vendors.
Assist in implementing and configuring software modules based on functional specifications or user requests.
Execute development tasks under supervision, such as setting up workflows, templates, forms, or parameters in supported applications.
Retrieve, process, and validate structured data from databases or systems for reporting, analysis, or integration purposes.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency. Support the preparation of routine or ad hoc reports for academic or administrative purposes.
Support users in understanding how to navigate and operate within supported systems. Respond to inquiries, assist with system access, and provide simple user guidance or documentation.
Participate in functional and technical testing of new features or changes to systems. Assist in documenting test cases, logging bugs, and verifying fixes before deployment.
Maintain technical documentation related to configuration, incidents, and recurring issues. Support updates to user manuals, knowledge base articles, or system logs.
Assist in routine tasks related to system integration, such as data synchronization jobs, API data exchange support, and scheduled data uploads or exports.
Support communication with external vendors or third-party developers by preparing technical details, screenshots, or log data necessary to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related technical field.
1-3 years of experience in a technical IT support or application support role
Exposure to information systems in educational institutions is a plus
Experienced in Java and SQL is a must.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English
