Qualifications
Have 3-5 Years of Experience in Human Resources general practices.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good Presentation and Facilitation skills.
Aptitude to define problems, identify trends, collect data, and establish facts to draw valid conclusions.
Clear understanding of Human Resources practices.
Demonstrate ability to listen, analyze and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information.
