  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding admissions processes and financial matters.
  • Manage student fee collection, invoicing, billing systems, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate student and financial records in compliance with school policies and data protection regulations.
  • Implement and execute the school's Admissions Policy in line with institutional objectives.
  • Handle enquiries through meetings, calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide clear information on academic programs, admission procedures, eligibility requirements, and tuition fees.
  • Prepare reports and maintain databases for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in admissions, administration, customer service, or finance, preferably within an international school environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and school management systems (e.g. SIMS).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and data management skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
