Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sample Supervisor located in Sidoarjo. The Sample Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sample production process, ensuring product quality matches the required specifications and deadlines. Key responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, monitoring workflow, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and addressing any issues that may arise during sample creation. The role also involves managing sample team members and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent In english
• Have a strong understanding of footwear materials, glue of shoes
• Experience in chemical work field
• Proficiency in quality assurance, production process supervision, and compliance with manufacturing standards
• Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership abilities
• Experience in footwear design, development, and sample production
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Enginering
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address production challenges
• Prior experience in footwear or a related industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for design and production management is preferred
