This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in North Jakarta. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working to achieve and exceed sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client visits, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Proven ability in sales, business development, and building customer relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reporting
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology industry or related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
