Role Description

This is a remote internship role as a Sales Associate at Solusi Asuransi. As a Sales Associate, your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting clients in finding the right insurance solutions, conducting insurance policy reviews, and providing insurance comparisons. You will also be responsible for customer relationship management and sales support.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
