Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Salesperson based in Bali that able to work in Seminyak and Sanur. The Salesperson will engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry that matches their needs. Responsibilities include providing detailed product information, maintaining store organization, promoting brand values, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, the role requires maintaining awareness of market trends to drive sales and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English
• Indonesian that already living in Bali
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse client base
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Proven sales skills with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building
• Previous retail experience, particularly in luxury products or jewelry, is a plus
• An enthusiastic, professional demeanor with the ability to meet sales targets
