Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang for a dynamic and goal-oriented Salesperson. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will actively promote PT FUMIRA's range of products, provide solutions tailored to client needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Managing customer inquiries and preparing sales reports are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
- Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored solutions effectively.
- Proficient in market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes related to steel products is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Semarang and travel as required.
