Salesforce Technical Architect

Location- Gurugram, Noida, Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in B2B Commerce and Revenue Cloud to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions across the complete commerce and revenue lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect B2B Commerce & Revenue Cloud solutions covering product, pricing, cart, checkout, orders, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, payments, renewals, and revenue processes.
• Design scalable data, security, integration, and technical architectures.
• Lead B2B Commerce implementations including Experience Cloud/LWR, Web Stores, catalogs, pricing, checkout, Commerce APIs, LWC, and Apex.
• Design Revenue Cloud solutions for subscriptions, amendments, renewals, billing schedules, invoices, payments, and recurring revenue.
• Define integration architecture with ERP, billing, payment, tax, OMS, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, OAuth, and asynchronous patterns.
• Review code and architecture across Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, integrations, and automation.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, governor-limit compliance, and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide RCA and technical leadership.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with business, product, QA, DevOps, and external teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years Salesforce development/architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce B2B Commerce experience.
• Strong Revenue Cloud / Subscription / Billing experience.
• Advanced Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, Flow, Platform Events, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing, CRUD/FLS, and performance optimization.
• Experience with ERP/finance, payment, tax, or middleware integrations.
• Ability to choose appropriately between standard Salesforce, Flow, Apex, LWC, events, middleware, and external systems.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Application Architect / Platform Developer II / B2B Commerce / Revenue Cloud certifications.
• MuleSoft, SAP/Oracle ERP, payment/tax integrations.
• Experience with high-volume and event-driven architectures.

Role Expectation

Hands-on ownership from requirements → architecture → implementation → integration → code review → troubleshooting → production readiness across the B2B Commerce and Revenue Cloud lifecycle.
