About The Role

As a Salesforce Functional Associate, you'll be part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients design and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce applications deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document functional requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Prepare specifications, process flows, and functional documentation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to test and validate custom solutions, integrations, and migrations.
  • Maintain a backlog of requests for enhancements, bug fixes, and new features.
  • Ensure deliverables meet both technical standards and client expectations.
  • Track and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and project planning sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members across diverse backgrounds.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines business analysis skills with Salesforce expertise.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of Salesforce functional experience across platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Health Cloud).
  • At least one Salesforce certification (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant track).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, configuration, and solution design.
  • Skilled in client engagement and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Curious and proactive in learning new features, with a passion for sharing knowledge.
