We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement. The Salesforce Developer should be comfortable with communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate any business need to Salesforce solution by clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex classes, Apex triggers, Salesforce Flows, and system integrations.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST APIs and email integrations.
• Troubleshoot and enhance Salesforce applications to improve performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Support deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow and process automation.
• Experience implementing email integrations and REST API integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Salesforce development best practices.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security concepts, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security (FLS), and Object-Level Security.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available to join within one month are preferred.
