About the Role:

In this role, you will use your hands-on development experience to design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce.com solutions for enterprise clients. You will work as part of a global delivery team, translating business requirements into high quality technical solutions using the Salesforce core platform. The role requires strong Salesforce development skills combined with solid consulting fundamentals and experience delivering enterprise Salesforce implementations.

Strong Salesforce developers are critical to the success of our client engagements, you will work closely with experienced Salesforce Technical Architects and Consultants who will mentor you, challenge you, and help you grow your technical and consulting capabilities. You will contribute to complex, high impact projects while continuously developing your skills in a collaborative and high performance environment.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative configurations

• Translating functional and technical requirements into maintainable, scalable Salesforce solutions

• Implementing core Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects

• Developing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing

• Applying Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy

• Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code following Salesforce and object oriented programming best practices

• Supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and post go live stabilization (hypercare)

• Identifying technical risks, performance considerations, and proposing appropriate solutions

• Collaborating with Technical Architects, Business Analysts, and Project Managers to deliver end to end solutions

• Contributing to technical documentation such as technical designs, configuration workbooks, and deployment notes

• Coaching junior developers and contributing to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What you'll bring to this role:

• Strong hands on experience developing on the Salesforce Lightning Platform

• Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, validation rules), and security model

• Experience building custom business logic using Apex, including triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers

• Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and integrating with Apex controllers

• Exposure to system integrations with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs and external services

• Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, including source control, CI/CD, and deployment best practices

• Ability to work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions

• Experience working in Agile delivery teams and contributing to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives

• Strong problem solving skills with attention to code quality, performance, and maintainability

• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning

Certifications (Required / Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder (preferred)

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (a strong plus)

• Additional certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant are an advantage
