Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs for new joiners and existing employees on company products, sales skills, and internal procedures.
  • Develop and update training materials, SOP guides, and assessment tools.
  • Identify training needs based on business goals and employee performance gaps.
  • Conduct onboarding training to ensure employees understand company standards and compliance.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide post-training evaluation reports.
  • Provide coaching and follow-up support to improve employee performance.
  • Work closely with department heads to align training programs with operational needs.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or sales industry.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in developing training modules and performance evaluation.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and compliance standard
  • Mandatory certification: Certified Trainer / Training of Trainer (TOT) certification from a recognized institution.
