Sales Trainer

We're looking for a Sales Trainer Specialist to join one of Bukalapak's growing business ventures. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering impactful learning programs that empower frontline teams with the knowledge, sales capabilities, and customer engagement skills needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business performance.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for frontline store employees.
• Develop engaging training materials covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Train store teams on effective customer communication, consultative selling, and customer engagement.
• Support the rollout of customer experience initiatives and service excellence programs.
• Conduct field coaching and on-site observations to strengthen sales execution and service quality.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend learning and development initiatives.
• Partner closely with Operations and Commercial teams to improve store performance.
• Support new business launches and expansion initiatives through structured onboarding and training programs.
• Continuously review and update learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, Retail Operations, or related roles.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience designing training curricula, learning journeys, and instructional materials.
• Good understanding of retail sales, customer service, coaching, and adult learning principles.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support field teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, technology, or other customer-facing industries is an advantage.
