Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales & merchant onboarding training programs, including induction, sales skills, and system usage.
  • Design engaging training materials and assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
  • Engage and influence sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits for training purposes (1 week/month).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Min. 2 years experience as Sales Trainer or similar role.
  • Background in financial services or financing industry is a plus.
  • Strong training material development & presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to motivate sales teams.
