About The Role
Develop training roadmap and deliver training program and conduct skill-drill support for AIA distribution (BLC, PBLC, ABM).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Basic Fundamental Training for new BLC/PBLC.
- Conduct Follow Up Follow Through (FUFT)/On Boarding Program (OBP) class for new BLC.
- Monitoring and ensure BLC Trainee follow the 3 months On Boarding Program (OBP) and e-learning.
- Doing Pre-Preparation Fundamental Training, such as: - Coordination with Recruitment Team for Basic Fundamental participants - Mapping and create Trainer Assignment for Basic Fundamental participants - Coordination with other dept. to ensure readiness material, systems and digital tools for new BLC/PBLC/ABM (AIANex materialst,etc.).
- Conduct Roadmap Training for BLC/PBLC/ABM 6. Doing Preparation Roadmap Training, such as: - Generate data of existing BLC/PBLC/ABM participants who are included in the requirement training - Report training.
- Conduct Addhoc training based on issues in field.
- Conduct and support rollout training for new launching program (product, systems, etc).
- As PIC of BRAGG development program pairing with PFT to support BRAGG.
- External liaison for external trainings coordination
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) any major.
- 5+ years working as Trainer in Insurance.
- Special Skills: Presentation, facilitator, and communication skills
