Sales Staff – Steel TradingLocation : Sudirman, Jakarta
PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is seeking a results-driven Sales Staff to drive business growth in the steel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Immediately take charge of sales operations
- Analyze steel market developments to identify growth opportunities
- Gather and evaluate market intelligence from multiple sources
- Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ensure product quality control through regular inspections
- Expand customer base by negotiating and closing deals
- Coordinate with admin teams to track shipments and resolve payment delays
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Importantly, prior experience in the steel industry (trading or distributor background preferred)
- At least able to speak English for daily communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Highly motivated, logical thinker, and quick learner
- Strong social skills, consistent performance, and loyalty
