Job Description

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, and expanding market coverage.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and principals to deliver business solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Proven experience leading a sales team and managing sales performance.
  • Preferably have experience working in a System Integrator or IT Distributor company.
  • Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Proven experience in managing sales pipeline, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
