Lead a team of up to 12 Sales Agents, driving the acquisitions and retention of key sellers. Fostering a culture that is both competitive and collaborative.
Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics, including seller acquisitions, retention rates, and service levels.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s to provide actionable feedback, career guidance, and performance coaching to ensure continuous team growth.
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Act as the first point of escalation for complex seller issues related to systems, order management, and logistics operations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably from 3PL/Logistics background
3+ years of experience in Client Acquisition, Sales or Seller Management in logistics companies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team in achieving KPI
Excellent leadership skills
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
Dependable with high sense of ownership
Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
