  • Lead a team of up to 12 Sales Agents, driving the acquisitions and retention of key sellers. Fostering a culture that is both competitive and collaborative.
  • Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics, including seller acquisitions, retention rates, and service levels.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s to provide actionable feedback, career guidance, and performance coaching to ensure continuous team growth.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex seller issues related to systems, order management, and logistics operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably from 3PL/Logistics background
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Acquisition, Sales or Seller Management in logistics companies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team in achieving KPI
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
  • Dependable with high sense of ownership
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
