About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Sales Team Lead to coach, inspire, and grow our sales team in Indonesia. Based in South Jakarta, you'll lead a team of Account Executives — driving performance, closing key accounts, and shaping our go-to-market playbook. If you're a proven B2B SaaS sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, this is your chance to build, lead, and win in one of our most exciting markets.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Coach – Manage a high-performing sales team, guiding them on strategy, product mastery, and objection handling.
- Drive Results – Track KPIs, hold daily accountability, and celebrate wins.
- Sell with Impact – Join strategic pitches, help close major deals, and set the example in execution.
- Own the Pipeline – Ensure CRM (HubSpot) pipelines are healthy, accurate, and forward-looking.
- Forecast with Confidence – Deliver timely, accurate revenue projections.
- Build the Team – Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to create a seamless customer journey.
- Feed Market Insights – Bring back what you hear from the market to improve our product, positioning, and GTM strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years leading a sales team.
- Consistent track record of smashing targets in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership skills — able to coach, motivate, and get the best out of people.
- Excellent communicator in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and familiar with e-commerce, ERP, payments, iPaaS, POS tech stacks.
- Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience building sales playbooks and processes.
- Strong network and market knowledge in Indonesia.
