Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate customer order processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with agreed terms.
  • Communicate customer feedback, requirements, and concerns effectively to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing processes and prompt issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure all delivery aspects (specifications, schedules, and documentation) meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams and external parties, including vessel owners, stevedores, agents, customs, and surveyors, to ensure smooth shipment and delivery processes.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers through scheduled visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor inventory levels in alignment with sales targets and provide recommendations to support supply-demand balance.
  • Align with management strategies and support the execution of sales plans to achieve business targets.

Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, business administration, or related roles; experience in mining or refinery industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to handle communications with Chinese clients and site operational teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in multiple locations, including Office and Morowali site.
