Manage and coordinate customer order processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with agreed terms.
Communicate customer feedback, requirements, and concerns effectively to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing processes and prompt issue resolution.
Coordinate with Operations and Logistics teams to ensure all delivery aspects (specifications, schedules, and documentation) meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Collaborate with Operations teams and external parties, including vessel owners, stevedores, agents, customs, and surveyors, to ensure smooth shipment and delivery processes.
Maintain regular engagement with customers through scheduled visits to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels in alignment with sales targets and provide recommendations to support supply-demand balance.
Align with management strategies and support the execution of sales plans to achieve business targets.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, business administration, or related roles; experience in mining or refinery industries is preferred.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with the ability to handle communications with Chinese clients and site operational teams.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data processing tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work in multiple locations, including Office and Morowali site.
