What You Will Experience:

  • Process and monitor customer orders from order receipt through delivery.
  • Prepare and manage Job Orders (JO) accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution professionally.
  • Manage export order documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for export shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative and operational activities.
  • Ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.

What is Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Sales Admin, Internal Sales.
  • Experience handling B2B customers is required.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing export orders and export documentation.
  • Proficient in SAP (mandatory).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
