What You Will Experience:
- Process and monitor customer orders from order receipt through delivery.
- Prepare and manage Job Orders (JO) accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution professionally.
- Manage export order documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for export shipments.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP.
- Support the Sales team with administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are met.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Sales Admin, Internal Sales.
- Experience handling B2B customers is required.
- Experience in the packaging industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing export orders and export documentation.
- Proficient in SAP (mandatory).
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
