Data Management
- Maintain and update the aftermarket database (IDD), including:
- Customer database
- New Installed Sales (NIS) records
- Call Plans and Call Reports
- Site Visit Reports
- Trial and contract records
- Competitor database
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates to support informed business decision-making.
- Manage and continuously improve marketing information databases and merchandising programs.
- Conduct analysis on:
- New Installed Sales (NIS) performance
- CRM data and customer trends
- Fleet Machine Operating Life (MOL) performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Support marketing information initiatives and business targets through:
- Sales Pipeline maintenance and reporting
- Fleet MOL data updates and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure the availability, accuracy, and alignment of information with business objectives.
- Consolidate forecast data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Validate forecast information to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for business planning and decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute forecast reports to support operational and strategic planning activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Sales Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or Aftermarket Operations are considered a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer support, preferably in industrial or aftermarket products.
- Proven ability to handle quotation preparation, order entry, and delivery follow-ups accurately and efficiently.
- Understanding of Aftermarket Products: Knowledge of parts, service solutions, and maintenance programs.
- Basic Financial Awareness: Ability to interpret pricing structures, discounts, and commercial terms.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in order processing and resolve them promptly.
