This crucial role supports our Logistics - Air and Ocean operations, working closely within the Customer Sales Support department to facilitate seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the vital link between our customers, sales teams, and operational units. You will respond promptly to quotation requests, advising customers on transportation options by providing detailed insights into operations, contingencies, insurance, customs regulations, and routing. Your expertise will ensure quotations are accurate, valid for appropriate periods, and accompanied by our standard terms and conditions.
