TRAIN Edu is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our sales team. This role is responsible for driving student recruitment, achieving company sales targets, and developing effective sales strategies to support TRAIN Edu's expansion in the international education market.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and strategic partners.
- Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, and Operations teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
- Represent TRAIN Edu at education fairs, school visits, and other offline or online sales events.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in sales, with at least 12 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in education consulting or service-based industries is a plus.
- Able to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
