Sales Supervisor Makassar

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in Makassar. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage and motivate sales teams, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales data to develop strategies for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Collaboration with multiple teams and consistent reporting to leadership are integral to the role.

• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Team Management and Training to lead and develop the sales team effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in sales supervision or a related role is a plus
