Responsibilities

Being a leader for the sales team to achieve sales target.
Creating strategies to build up target, teamwork, and service.
Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers.

Requirements

Candidate must own at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00 with standard 4.00.
At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
Preferably from FMCG Industries.
Experienced in handling frozen food & beverages will be a plus point.
Experienced in leading team.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Able to drive and have the license for Car (SIM A).
Willing to be placed in Sumatera and West Kalimantan area. *placement will determined based on company needs and consideration.
