Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor Forwarding role based in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The Sales Supervisor Forwarding will lead and coach a sales team to achieve revenue and volume targets for freight forwarding and logistics services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and preparing competitive proposals and quotations. The role involves coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and high service quality. The Sales Supervisor Forwarding will also monitor market trends, track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and support the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales supervision or business development, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow key accounts.
  • Solid understanding of forwarding processes, international shipping, and basic logistics documentation is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team coaching, target setting, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a professional business context.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and report results to management.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kota Tangerang Selatan and visit customers as needed.
