Sales Supervisor Food Service

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handling Customer Industry, Catering, Restaurant, and Cafe
• Maintain Good Relationships with the F&B Industry, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other institutions, to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Responsible for Product Penetration to HoReCa Customers
• Responsible for Supervising the Company's Policies towards the Team to ensure adherence to procedures.

REQUIREMENT :

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Spv in the FMCG distribution field, especially in Food Service / HoReCa.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in data processing / Pivot Excel.
• Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both the team and customers.
