Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Tanah Abang. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and clients are satisfied. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales data, and devising strategies to improve sales performance. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service and effective communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for sales data analysis
• Experience in Team Management and Training
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans
• Experience in the textile or apparel industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Tanah Abang
