Sales Supervisor Console (LCL)

Role Description The Sales Supervisor Console (LCL) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cilincing. This role oversees daily sales operations for LCL (Less than Container Load) console services, ensuring targets are achieved and service quality is maintained. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling. The Sales Supervisor will manage key customer accounts, respond to inquiries, prepare sales reports, and support strategic initiatives to grow revenue and market share. This role also involves coaching team members, implementing sales processes, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
